TB-500 cost: what a prescription costs, and what research-grade vials lack

Published prices by program type, checked November 2, 2026. REMEVi does not currently price TB-500.

Almost no programs publish a price for compounded TB-500 on its own. On November 2, 2026 we found one telehealth starting price and no clinic price for TB-500 alone. REMEVi does not currently price or offer TB-500. Below: what is published, what the 2026 policy’s sourcing rules add, and why research-grade vials cost less.

TB-500 is not FDA-approved. Since HHS’s October 2026 interim policy, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy may compound it on a patient-specific prescription under listed conditions.

REMEVi does not currently offer TB-500.

What the CoA and registered-source requirements add

Under HHS’s 2026 policy, a compounded TB-500 prescription carries steps a research vial skips:

  • Bulk TB-500 from an FDA-registered facility with a valid certificate of analysis, from a manufacturer that is FDA-registered and CGMP-compliant.
  • Compounding by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for one named patient, with TB-500 as the single active ingredient.
  • A labelled product (“This is a compounded drug product. Not for resale.”) and a 510(k)-cleared syringe as the one packaged device.
  • A prescriber’s evaluation, and serious adverse events reported to FDA MedWatch.

Each step is documentation, testing or clinical time, which is part of why a prescription costs more than a vial.

Why research-grade TB-500 is cheaper, and what it lacks

Research-use vials skip the prescriber, the pharmacy and the paperwork. What you give up:

  • No prescription and no evaluation of whether it is appropriate for you.
  • No licensed pharmacy answerable for identity, strength or sterility.
  • No certificate of analysis tied to an FDA-registered source.
  • No patient label, and no adverse-event reporting path.
  • No coverage under the 2026 policy, including for premixed TB-500 + BPC-157 vials. FDA sent warning letters to five online peptide vendors on August 24, 2026.

How much does TB-500 cost per month?

Hardly anyone publishes it. On November 2, 2026, we found one telehealth program listing a starting monthly price in the low hundreds of dollars, posted before launch, and no clinic price for TB-500 alone. Research-use vials are excluded because the 2026 policy does not cover them. REMEVi does not currently price TB-500.
