Real doctors.
Real care.
Every REMEVi prescription is reviewed and approved by a board-certified US physician licensed in your state — never an algorithm, never an AI system, never a nurse practitioner acting alone.
Our clinical standards
REMEVi partners with a network of licensed, board-certified US physicians who actively practice telehealth and are experienced in obesity medicine, endocrinology, and GLP-1 prescribing. Every physician in the network is individually credentialed by the REMEVi medical team before they are permitted to see patients.
When you submit your intake form, your case is routed to a physician licensed in your state — not to a generic queue. That physician personally reviews your medical history, current medications, weight loss goals, and any red flags such as thyroid cancer history, pancreatitis risk, or contraindicated medications before making any prescribing decision.
Prescribing decisions follow evidence-based protocols for semaglutide and tirzepatide dosing and titration. If a patient does not meet the clinical criteria or has a contraindication, the physician declines to prescribe and explains why. This is not a one-and-done prescription mill. Every month your case is reviewed again so dose adjustments, side effects, and progress can be managed under continuous medical supervision.
Patient Care Team
Beyond the prescribing physician network, REMEVi has a Founding Nurse who reviews every patient education material before it ships, and who advises the bilingual content team — particularly on maternal, family, and patient-education content.
Founding Nurse · Patient Care Lead
Linda West-Conforti, RN
25+ years in neonatal and pediatric intensive care · Lake Arrowhead, California
Linda has spent her career caring for the most fragile patients — premature infants in the NICU, medically complex children in the PICU, and the families navigating impossible medical decisions around them. She is the founder of Angels in Waiting, a nonprofit that places medically fragile foster children with nurses trained to care for them, and authored California legislation giving nurses priority foster placement for those children. At REMEVi, Linda reviews bilingual patient education materials and advises the family and maternal content team — ensuring every patient receives information that is clear, compassionate, and clinically accurate.
Credentialing requirements
Board certification
Every prescribing physician is board certified by an ABMS-member specialty board. We verify certification status directly with the board at onboarding and annually thereafter.
Active state licensure
Physicians must hold an active, unencumbered medical license in every state where they accept REMEVi patients. Licensure is verified with state medical boards on an ongoing basis.
Clean disciplinary record
All physicians are screened through the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and state medical board disciplinary records. Any adverse action is grounds for removal from the network.
Telehealth and GLP-1 experience
Physicians must demonstrate clinical experience in telehealth medicine and in the prescribing of GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight management before seeing patients on the platform.
Editorial and medical review standards
All medical content published on REMEVi — including blog posts, FAQ answers, medication guides, and condition pages — is written or reviewed by members of the REMEVi medical team before publication. Content is updated when new clinical evidence, FDA guidance, or pharmacy sourcing information warrants a revision.
REMEVi content cites peer-reviewed medical literature, FDA labeling, and official guidelines from bodies such as the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) whenever specific clinical claims are made. We do not publish anecdotal weight loss claims, testimonials framed as medical advice, or content designed to manipulate search rankings at the expense of accuracy.
If you believe any information on REMEVi is inaccurate or out of date, please contact your care coordinator through the patient portal or email the medical team directly. We investigate every report and publish corrections promptly.
