Your plan price includes the clinician evaluation and follow-up, the medication if it is prescribed, injection or dosing supplies, shipping, the GLP-1 lab tests your clinician requires, and care coordination in English or Spanish. The health questionnaire is free, and there is no separate membership fee.

REMEVi’s GLP-1 program is available in 49 states and Washington, DC. It is not available in Louisiana. Care happens online, so there is no clinic to visit, and medication ships to your door. Can I cancel?
Yes, no cancellation fee
Yes. You can cancel future renewals at any time, with no cancellation fee. The month-to-month plan renews every four weeks until you cancel. The 3-month and 6-month plans are paid upfront for the full term, and the total is shown before you choose. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How long until my medication ships?

Will I qualify, and which treatment is right for me?
A licensed clinician decides, after reviewing your health history, current medicines, weight and goals, including conditions that could make treatment unsuitable. You do not need to choose a medication first. For approved orders, the median time from payment to the prescription reaching the pharmacy was 0.3 days (108 orders, July–October 2026).
What about side effects and support?
The most common are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation, mostly when starting or increasing a dose. Your prescribing clinician and care team answer questions about symptoms and treatment changes, in English or Spanish. Serious risks are possible; seek urgent care for severe symptoms, and review the medication-specific risks before starting.

No. Your plan’s price is the same at every prescribed dose and every renewal of that plan: semaglutide from $159 / month and tirzepatide from $225 / month, both on the 6-month plan. Provider care, required program labs and shipping are included, with no separate membership fee.
Can I receive care in Spanish?
Yes. The questionnaire, questions during your clinical evaluation, dosing instructions, patient portal, billing, care coordination and support are all available in Spanish. Our care coordinators include native Spanish speakers, and you can switch languages at any time. Tell the team which language you prefer for each conversation.
How can I check my medication’s source and testing?
Three things are on your label: the pharmacy’s name, the lot number and the beyond-use date. Our pharmacies page names the pharmacies and links their license lookups, and your care coordinator can send testing documentation for your prescribed preparation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
They are prepared for you by a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy under an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as branded products. Your clinician discusses suitability, possible side effects and precautions, and your label names the pharmacy that prepared your medication.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
You can cancel future renewals without a cancellation fee. Prepaid terms are paid in advance; refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The monthly plan renews every 4 weeks, and the 3-month and 6-month plans renew at the end of their term at the same plan price. To cancel, email care@remevihealth.com.
