Tirzepatide: −20.9% body weight at 72 weeks.
The dual GLP-1 / GIP agonist, at the 15 mg dose — the largest average loss reported in the GLP-1 category to date. SURMOUNT-1 reports two figures: −20.9% under the treatment-regimen estimand (everyone randomized, however their treatment went) and −22.5% under the efficacy estimand (patients who stayed on drug). We quote the lower one as the headline and use the upper as the top of the projection range above.

Stopping is what undoes it.
The maintenance trial, and the one most programs never mention. Patients who continued treatment held their loss; patients switched to placebo regained. It is why REMEVi prices for the long run instead of a discounted first month.

How does REMEVi compare to brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound?
REMEVi prescribes compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, which are non-FDA-approved preparations made by state-licensed US compounding pharmacies under individual prescriptions from licensed US providers. They are not generic versions of, nor the same as, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound® (which are FDA-approved finished products made by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly). Your provider prescribes a compounded preparation only when they determine it offers a meaningful clinical difference for you — such as personalized dose titration. Compounded medications have not been clinically studied as finished products. Your licensed provider will review the risks, benefits, and considerations with you before prescribing.
