We name the pharmacies that fill your prescription. Most won't. We do.
Every REMEVi prescription is filled by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy — and we publish which ones, city and state, right here. Your medication is routed to the pharmacy licensed for your state, and the pharmacy's name appears on your vial label. If a company won't tell you where your medication comes from, ask why.
Your prescription is routed to the pharmacy licensed for your state, based on state licensing and current stock — you'll see the exact pharmacy's name and address on your vial label and shipping paperwork. Network current as of July 2026; if it changes, this page changes.
The standard · El estándar
Four things that are true of every shipment.
Naming our pharmacies only matters if what happens inside them holds up. These four standards apply to every REMEVi prescription, in every state we serve.
01STATE LICENSING
Licensed where you live.
Every pharmacy in our network holds active state licenses and is inspected by state boards of pharmacy. Your prescription is only ever routed to a pharmacy licensed to dispense in your state — that's not our policy, it's the law, and we treat it as a feature: a state regulator, not just us, stands behind the pharmacy that fills your order.

02HOW COMPOUNDING WORKS
Prepared per prescription, per patient.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under the federal 503A framework: one prescription, one patient, prepared to a licensed provider's order, with active ingredients sourced from FDA-registered suppliers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products — we say that plainly on every product page, because a pharmacy partner worth naming deserves marketing worth trusting.

03THE 28-DAY RULE
Fresh medication, every four weeks.
Injectable GLP-1 vials have a beyond-use date — a use-it-by window that starts when the vial is prepared. That's why our multi-month plans ship every four weeks instead of dropping three months of vials in one box: each shipment arrives inside its window. You never pay for medication that expires in your refrigerator.

04COLD-CHAIN SHIPPING
Temperature-controlled to your door.
Every shipment leaves the pharmacy in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with expedited transit and tracking — included in your plan, not an add-on.

Why this matters · Por qué importa
Everything about your medication should be checkable.
Patients comparing GLP-1 telehealth providers have learned to ask a short list of hard questions: Which pharmacy fills the prescription? Is it state-licensed? What's the beyond-use date? Do refills ship on time, every time? Those questions exist because too many companies treat the pharmacy as a trade secret — and when something goes wrong with an unnamed pharmacy, patients have nowhere to look.
We publish our pharmacy network for a simple reason: everything about your medication should be checkable. The pharmacy's name is on this page before you pay, and on your vial label after. You can verify any pharmacy's license with its state board of pharmacy — we encourage it. Our own operation is checkable the same way: REMEVi is LegitScript certified, verifiable in a public registry.
One thing we deliberately don't do: make you choose. Your prescription routes automatically to the network pharmacy licensed for your state. Every pharmacy on this list is held to the same standard, so choosing between them isn't a decision you should have to research — that's our job. What you get is the result of the decision, in writing, on the label.
Questions · Preguntas
Everything you'd want to ask about the pharmacies.
01Which pharmacies does REMEVi work with?THE LIST+
REMEVi prescriptions are currently filled by RedRock Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Medicine (Bellmore, NY), and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL). Your order is routed to the pharmacy licensed for your state, and the exact pharmacy’s name appears on your vial label. If the network changes, we update this page.
02Why don't I choose my pharmacy?ROUTING+
Because routing is determined by state licensing and stock, and because every pharmacy in the network is held to the same standard. We’d rather do the vetting once, publish the list, and put the proof on your label than hand you a research project at checkout.
03What is a 503A compounding pharmacy?503A+
503A is the section of federal law covering traditional compounding pharmacies: they prepare medication for one specific patient at a time, from a licensed provider’s prescription, under state pharmacy-board oversight, using active ingredients from FDA-registered suppliers. This differs from 503B outsourcing facilities, which produce larger batches under direct FDA oversight.
04Is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide FDA-approved?FDA STATUS+
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products. They are legally prepared under the federal compounding framework by state-licensed pharmacies from a licensed provider’s individual prescription. We state this on every product page.
05How do I verify the pharmacy that filled my order?VERIFY+
Check your vial label — it carries the pharmacy’s name and address. You can confirm any pharmacy’s license status through its state board of pharmacy’s public lookup.
06Why does my multi-month plan ship every four weeks?SHIPPING+
Injectable vials carry a beyond-use date. Shipping every four weeks means every vial arrives inside its usable window. It also means your plan price includes the shipping cadence that protects the medication — there’s no “bulk” shortcut that quietly costs you potency.
07Does the pharmacy network ever change?CHANGES+
It can — pharmacies join or leave telehealth networks as licensing and capacity change. When ours changes, we update this page, and your vial label always reflects the pharmacy that actually filled your order.
