  1. Same period?

Compare the full charge and renewal interval. A calendar month and four weeks are different.

  2. Same inclusions?

Check medication, visits, labs, membership, supplies and shipping, plus any dose-based charges.

  3. Same product and terms?

Check the prescribed formulation, dose, insurance eligibility, promotion expiry and cancellation terms. A lower price does not establish medical equivalence or a need for compounding.

How do I compare the price with a brand-name medicine?

Get a quote for the prescribed product, presentation and dose. Retail pharmacy prices, manufacturer cash-pay programs and insurance copays are different. Check eligibility and how long a discount lasts. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved or generic versions of brand-name products; a lower price does not establish equivalence or a medical need for compounding.

What is included in the plan price?

The plan includes clinical evaluation and follow-up, prescribed compounded medication, supplies, shipping, bilingual care coordination and portal access. Lab tests required by your clinician for the GLP-1 program are included in your plan price. Additional coaching is optional and costs extra when selected.

Does a higher dose or Spanish-language care cost more?

REMEVi does not increase the plan price for the dose prescribed by your clinician or for Spanish-language care. There is no additional mandatory membership, consultation or shipping fee. Dose decisions are clinical.

Can I use insurance, HSA or FSA?

REMEVi is a direct-pay service and does not bill insurance. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Ask your HSA/FSA administrator about eligibility and documentation before using those funds. Compare any insurance coverage for an approved product using your actual out-of-pocket cost.

How do prepaid plans and cancellation work?

The monthly plan is billed every 4 weeks. The 12-week and 24-week plans are prepaid for the full term, with the total charge shown before you choose. Review the renewal terms at checkout and in your patient portal. You can cancel future renewals without a cancellation fee. Prepaid terms are paid in advance; refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Before changing terms, confirm the new total charge and effective date with your care coordinator.

When do I pay, and what happens if I do not qualify?

The questionnaire is free to start, with no card required. Review the full plan charge and terms before authorizing payment. A licensed clinician then determines whether treatment is appropriate. If the clinician disqualifies you for a medical reason, the refund policy provides a refund of subscription service charges.
