Every prescribing provider is verified as a real, board-certified, state-licensed US clinician — MD or nurse practitioner — in good standing with their state board, authorized to practice in the state where each patient lives. No foreign providers. No algorithmic prescribing. No rubber-stamping.

Compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other compounded preparations dispensed through REMEVi are non-FDA-approved finished drug products, prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies under individual prescriptions from licensed providers. What LegitScript certification verifies is that we operate within the legal compounding framework, source from legitimate pharmacies, and disclose this status accurately in our marketing — not that compounded medications themselves are FDA-approved.
