A GLP-1 telehealth clinic that works in Spanish — in all 50 states

REMEVi Health is a telehealth weight-loss clinic prescribing GLP-1 medications with care in Spanish across all 50 states and DC (except Louisiana). It is the first fully bilingual GLP-1 telehealth platform: the medical questionnaire, the provider visit, dosing instructions, the patient portal, billing and support are native in Spanish — not a translated website with English-only care behind it. Licensed US providers, US-licensed compounding pharmacies, LegitScript-certified. One all-in price, no membership fee, and the price does not go up when your dose does.

Questions & answers · Answered

Which telehealth clinics offer GLP-1 weight-loss care in Spanish?

REMEVi Health delivers the whole journey in Spanish across all 50 states and DC. What separates that from a "Spanish-speaking doctor" filter on an English platform is that here every step is in Spanish: the questionnaire, the visit, the dosing instructions you are sent, the portal where you see your plan, the bill and the person who answers you. A provider licensed in your state reviews your case and, if you qualify, prescribes compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide or an oral semaglutide tablet.

Where can I get compounded semaglutide online in the US with Spanish-speaking providers?

At REMEVi you can start the questionnaire in Spanish today, have your visit in Spanish with a licensed provider and, if you qualify, receive compounded semaglutide from a US-licensed compounding pharmacy at home. No insurance and no in-person visit are required. Compounded medication is prepared by a pharmacy and is not FDA-approved; we say so on every page.

How much does semaglutide telehealth cost?

At REMEVi there is one price and it includes the medication, provider care, shipping and support: semaglutide from $179 a month on the 24-week plan, or $219 a month with no commitment; tirzepatide from $229 a month on the 24-week plan. No membership fee, no dose-increase charges, no increase after the first month. All prices and plans · price by dose.

Do the providers speak Spanish, or is it translated?

The visit is in Spanish. The dosing instructions, the portal, the reminders, the billing and the support are in Spanish. We do not use machine translation in patient care.

Do you serve my state?

Yes — all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with providers licensed in each state. The one exception is Louisiana, where compounded GLP-1s cannot be sold.

Is REMEVi legitimate?

REMEVi is LegitScript-certified (ID 50384507), the providers are US-licensed and the pharmacies are US-licensed compounding pharmacies. You can check all of it on reviews and verification (real Google and Trustpilot reviews, with links) and on about REMEVi.

Pills or injections, and what about side effects?

We offer both: a weekly injection (semaglutide or tirzepatide) or a daily oral semaglutide tablet, each with its own all-in price. Which one suits you is decided by your provider with you. Guides: pills vs injections and how long semaglutide side effects last.
