No. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy under an individual prescription. It is not FDA-approved, not a generic version of Ozempic® / Wegovy®, and not the same finished product. FDA does not review compounded medicines for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. REMEVi is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.

The same as in our other service areas. Semaglutide is $159 per four weeks on the 24-week plan, with $954 paid upfront. The 12-week plan is $507 upfront; the four-week plan is $199 every four weeks. The visit, medication, shipping and follow-up are included, without a separate membership fee. Four weeks means 28 days, not a calendar month.
