The same as in our other service areas. Tirzepatide is $225 per four weeks on the 24-week plan, with $1,350 paid upfront. The 12-week plan is $699 upfront; the four-week plan is $269 every four weeks. The visit, medication, shipping and follow-up are included, without a separate membership fee. Four weeks means 28 days, not a calendar month.
