Injectable semaglutide starts at $159 per four weeks on the 24-week plan: $954 paid upfront. The 12-week plan is equivalent to $169 per four weeks: $507 paid upfront. The 4-week plan is $199 every 4 weeks. No separate membership fee. Four weeks is 28 days. Plans renew at the selected interval. Review the full charge before authorizing payment.
If prescribed, the pharmacy prepares and dispatches your medication. Preparation and transit are separate steps; use your tracking information to plan the delivery in Phoenix.
