Which costs less, TrimRx or MEDVi?
TrimRx’s terms page lists its GLP-1 package at $199 for the first month, then $299 for each follow-up, and its GLP-1 + GIP package (compounded tirzepatide) at $349, then $399 (checked October 8, 2026). Its homepage shows lower “starting at” figures ($179 and $259), and a first-month discount may apply. MEDVi: Its own page publishes semaglutide prices but no tirzepatide price. To compare them, get a written quote from each for the same medication, dose and plan length.

What to ask TrimRx and MEDVi before you pay
- What is the total for the first charge and for each refill, for my medication and dose?
- Does the price rise when the dose goes up?
- Is there a membership or a separate charge (visits, labs, shipping)?
- How often am I billed: every 4 weeks or every calendar month?
- Which pharmacy prepares the medication, and what type of pharmacy is it?
- Can I see a clinician who speaks Spanish, if I need one?
- What happens to my payment if I am not prescribed?
Compare the same medication, dose and plan length. A first-month price and a refill price are two different numbers; a four-week cycle and a calendar month are two different periods.
